Our instructors make you feel like you have your own personal trainer getting your heart rate up and burning major calories with lots of drills and rounds on a freestanding bag. Improve your core strength and tone every inch of your body as you finish with boot camp style calisthenics.

I have never stuck with a workout this long! Kickboxing is addictive!!!!! The instructors are amazing. They push you and make sure you are getting the best workout that you can. I cannot wait till my next class. I never dread it! Highly recommend kickboxing!!!!
