Riverview Fitness Kickboxing creates a positive mindset to help you get the most out of your workout. High energy music motivates you as you warm up with kickboxing moves followed by a quick stretch.

Our instructors make you feel like you have your own personal trainer getting your heart rate up and burning major calories with lots of drills and rounds on a freestanding bag. Improve your core strength and tone every inch of your body as you finish with boot camp style calisthenics.

You’ll wrap up class with a stretch and meditation that will bring you back from the best workout you will ever have. We promise you will leave a bit tired but feeling refreshed and invigorated.
